Good food, good wine, good family, Good God!

About to dine at the fantastic Cheesecake Factory in Houston, hence the smiles. Afterwards, one still smiles, but half-asleep.
One of those strange, spooky coincidences. Right there in Houston, we go into a restaurant, only to find a bit of Erie got there 95 years before us. To think that primitive Erieites and Early Texans had fully developed language and manufacturing skills in the early 1900s simply amazes me.
